How long will it take for my Bluze order to arrive?
All orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days from the time they are shipped.
We will inform you via email once your order has been shipped along with all the tracking details.
What are your shipping charges?
There are no additional shipping charges and the prices are including shipping charges.
Do you ship worldwide?
We currently only ship within India. We are looking to start shipping worldwide and add more countries so if you are interested, drop us a line at contact@bluze.co and let us know you want Bluze! We will do our best to fulfil your order.
What if I don't see my size available?
Reach out to us via email at contact@bluze.co or via our Instagram DMs @bluze.official to let us know which size and style you are looking for and we will help you as best we can!
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept a wide variety of online payment methods such as credit, debit cards, GPay, Net Banking, UPI and Paytm. Please head to the checkout page once you've added your items to cart to see the full list of payment options.
How do I return an item?
Contact us via the 'Contact' page on our website with your order number and email address or email us at contact@bluze.co. Let us know which item you wish to return.
You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved. Please note we reserve the final right on whether returns are accepted.
Which items are refundable?
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
Items must be in original condition and in the original packaging.
Clothing must be unwashed and unworn. Please note we reserve the final right on whether returns are accepted and deemed eligible for a refund.
Are there any charges for returns?
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
